Return and Refund Policy

At Glowm, we offer a *30-day return policy*, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as delivered
  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To start a return, contact us at officialglowm@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

For quicker service, you can return the eligible product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

  •  If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
